i have missed this one...

my own preference is clomid after a heavy cycle as i feel this works best for me..

some people will suggest nolva and others a combination or also combined with HCG

my own preference is (after all substances are clear of your system):

Day 1 - 6 clomid
Day 2 - 4 clomid
afterwards - 2 clomid a day for 10 days
afterwards - 1 clomid a day for 10 days

for me this works but some people suffer badly with the clomid (i.e. feeling down etc.)
