Re: best supplement I know I'm probably the oldest on here but I'm going to say...WATER first followed by a strict training regime eating more quality than consumption and you WILL grow.
If like me you simply can't get enough food in (you digest slower as you get older) then a quality protein supp several times a day; watch the toilet though too much protein and you'll be forever sat on the pan.
Creatine a must if you will but MH does tend to bloat (it does me at any rate, i am currently stacking Norateen and Norateen HW2 and result has been spectacular with gains in strength that were not expected, Nitrix and No-Xplode are OK as said for pumps, be warned the do last for quite a while.
If you are just starting, eat plenty (quality) and drink up to a gallon a day of water, muscles are made up of around 70% water.
