Anyways guys, Im chris and i been having some problems about my body lately...
Before summer 06 i used to weight 92 kilos (Im 5ft8) which was a lot and decided to lose weight, now i weight about 72 kilos... the only problem is that since i moved away from home i started to eat more and more and im worried that i might be putting all those kilos back again. I need a diet that will help me in the long run but i dont know how to do it really...
I been thinking of starting to do bodybuilding or at least get some muscles to show since my body fat is about 18% but i dont know what type of exercises and ruitines i should be following, im totally lost!
can someone help me to get a proper guide on how to start a good programme?
