Im happy to hear ur loving ur training, the way it should be, I personally train 7 days per week working on one bodypart then 30mins of cardio after, I feel like u do about my training and can handle this type of volume because my day job is not physically taxing i can remain lean and train over 7days. If i was u i would use a few joint supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin also omega fats etc to at least miimise incident of injury. I would also refrain from 1rep maxes. Train to good form with lighter weight and injury will be avoided,
