I am in need of solid advice As any who have read my bits at half a century and a bit I have made a return to BB and have made stunning progress it's amazed me for certain; where I am in need of help is the gym is on site where I work and I am hitting each BP once a week and training to failure 5 days Mon to Fri with 2 BP's per session, I can't stop, I've got bloody addicted again, have put on 26lbs and shrunk the waist but am getting sore on arms, upper side of elbow (palm up just at the top of 4arm to start of biceps, I rest Sat Sun and don't want to compromise growth but is there really any scientific value in taking a break or reducing the days? I am in and out in 50 minutes, lift hard and heavy and am growing but I know I just cant keep this intensity up due to discomfort in the area I have said with some mild discomfort on shoulders in addition.
I do intend to pose again in 2010 [Masters Natural] (if I can make it, I'll be 55 then) I eat plenty, do CV take far to many supplements but am clean this time, I would really really appreciate any general advice and scientific facts that prove beyond doubt that I am over training; I am truly addicted.
Any suggestions guys? Please, I so desperately want to get it right this time.
