Sorry for what is probably a relatively simple/obvious question...

Site Injection of AAS - can this cause localised/spot growth?

I've read a few columns/articles which have mentioned site injections to be a bad thing (injecting directly into the bicep was one mentioned).

As ever the usual rider follows - just curious, not planning on using etc
