 Help with 1st cycle Halovar (haldrol 50 clone)
Hi im about to start a cycle of halovar which is a clone of haldrol 50. I have these support supps:
Milk thistle
hawthorne berrys
multi vitamin
NO explode
Protien shake
Saw palmetto berrys
For post cycle therapy i have novedex xt and nolvadex on hand. Can someone tell me how much dose of the support supps shall i take.. the milk thistle, saw palmetto berrys and hawthorne berrys.. shall i take the recommended dose? also for PCT Shall i just use novedex xt or shall i use nolvedex as well? in what dose everyday? shall i take it the day i stop halovar? does nolvedex have any side effects? also shall i take the NO EXPLODE while on the halovar or just during pct will it mess me up? will be grateful if anyone can help me |
