Morning Chris - lower chest does look better on that shot. I think the shot may be a bit better than real life (i.e. looks a bit leaner than I am...) but I'm pleased with the improvments. I'm getting to where I want to be.
Having a few carbs with breakfast - low carbing generally for a bit longer and introducing some carbs in with my evening meal. Will have a refeed every 4th day, with carbs kept to < 100g generally I'm thinking...
But I still need to do some more thinking on it
