Howdee...

Deads - if you can't get passed 8 reps without feeling light headed then you may need to check you are breathing while doing them... Alot of people think holding your breath will help you... It doesn't...

Or you can always just not try for 8 reps at what ever weight you are doing...

How many reps and sets of each exercise are you doing...?

Why are you only doing the same number of exercises for the big muscles as the little muscles...?

Nothing wrong with hammy curls but they aren't the best exercise if you want to mass.

Do you have a seated row machine? If you can get comfortable lying face down on an incline bench you can do that... Or you can do single arm dumbell rows...
