Re: lower back prob Thank for the help! I dont think form is too bad but you guys are right I think it is worth checking. The pain is not just a muscular ache it hurts to bend down but i dont get it if i squat or deadlift only when i do both so maybe its being over trained. I just had a full week off training and did squats on sunday and my back still feels fresh! not doing stretches for lower back will give that a try. |
