Re: lower back prob I have had similar problems caused by one single dodgy rep of a dead lift.
How bad is the pain? Is it just an ache or is it that bad you cant move/bend properly? I corrected my problem by dropping squats and deads for a while, and strengthening my lumbars by doing hyper extensions. After that a resumed squating and deadlifts at a low weight and progressed from there. If I ever allow my form to deteriorate even a little bit I get bad back ache. ______________________
