lower back prob this is my current routine
workout 1
squats
incline press
dips
shoulder press
workout 2
deads
chins
cable rows
bicep curls
side bends
I have been getting lower back pain and I think this area is being over trained due to squats and deads in the same week.
I currently squat more than I dead so would it be a good idea to swap squats for leg presses and work on getting the weight up on deads?
would this effect overall growth coz I do here squats are important!!!!
p.s. also was thinking of putting shoulder presses with back and abs with chest.
