you just posted a thread about TUT (yime under tension) and i think thats very important on calves personally.

I think a rep cadence of 4/2/4 is the way to go.

Take 4 seconds to lift the weight, pause and contract the muscle for 2 seconds at the top, then lower 4 seconds.

It is gonna HURT
