Re: 'Warm' Bag (aka Cool Bag)
Welcome to the wonderful world of Tupperware meals :-) I've started thinking chicken and Turkey taste odd when warm.
On a more serious note and I'm a bit anal about this one… one of the guys at the gym ended up with Salmonella and lost about 3 stone he used to wrap his chicken and other food in foil and bubble wrap to keep warm in a cool bag wouldn't warm chicken be more prone to food poisoning as the bacteria would multiply faster in humid conditions? Isn’t the the whole idea of a cool bag with the ice box to preserve the quality etc
Whack some spices on the chicken it will taste better and its better than kneeling in the bath with it running from both ends…
