it measn that over the 6 months that i have been training my diet has been 60-70% good. my diet was supplemented with whey protein and now moved onto instant mass this was combined with chicken break, beef steaks, cod and vegetables. this was pretty much the last six months but as i said there were times when i faultered as we all do.....
