if your in a calorie defecit.. the first thing your body wants in the morning is a refuel.. so this needs to be addressed... BUT if you have digested the high carbs before bed it shouldnt need that refuel!
you should still be able to exactly the same meals as training later in the day.. but you should structure them so that your energy/carb intake is geared toward being at its best for your training. ______________________
