Re: Overtraining? I ussually do, but I had a day free yesterday when I wouldn't ussually go to the gym so I thought, to hell with I'll go anyway and ended up just doing odds and sods. I ended up going today and it wasn't to bad. I ussually try to exhaust my chest with flys first followed immediatley by benchpress, this seems to put the focus more on the chest rather than the tri's. I shouldn't have any problems like that in the future as I will stick to my routine and avoid spontanious visits to the gym which just seem to mess up my routines. Thanx guys. |
