Re: cardio fequency ive not done much cardio till recently i do it on a thursday after my workout do 10mins etc on a few machines was debating doing 10-20mins after each work out but wasnt sure... more consernd with getting my shake and food in me lol
when i was jogging 2-3 times a week i felt i wasnt bulking much ??? but did trim my waist a good few sizes which i was chuffed about lol ______________________
