Your GP will most likely not prescribe nolvadex, they view things like this as your own fault, trust me I've been there too.

You should be using nolv as part of the course to stop the puffiness and inflamation of the estrogen deposits at your nipples, using nolv at the end of the course is too late if you have any swelling at your nipples.
