you dont sound like you did a lot of research before you started bud but your not the first and im sure you wont be the last lol.

pct should be started 2 weeks after your last shot and nolvadex alone should be sufficient..

something like

100mg 1st day
60mg for next 7
40 for next 14
20 for next 7 or 14

you should also have some on hand incase you experience any gyno symptoms..
