The thing that gets me is that altough i quite drastically reduced what i eat about two months ago and haven't really trained since then i haven't lost any weight, maybe even put on a bit?
I am never going to lose that much weight as i am close to my natural i think, being big boned, but then again thats not really my goal, just reduce body fat and gain muscle. |
