Meal 1 :- 3 weetabix, 75g Coco-pops, 50g Oats, 1pt skim milk, 20g whey
Meal 2 :- 3 Protein Flapjacks, Grapefruit juice + vitargo
Meal 3 :- 200g (dry weight) rice, 100g Lean Beef, pineapple + Bio yoghurt
Meal 4 :- 4 onion baguettes w/ l fat cheese spread & ham.
Meal 5 :- 18oz potato, 200g chicken
Meal 6 :- 4 slices toast, 100g Honey nut shreddied wheat, 50g coco-pops
50g oats, 1pt milk, Trio-plex duo, protein flapjack
