Re: 80% Diet, 20 percent lifting Fell asleep instead of working out today. I'm a bit upset with myself, but I'm guessing my body needed the sleep. Plus, I fell in the yard at work yesterday trying to take stupid plastic crates out. My arms and legs are black and blue and totally scratched up. No one even had the decency to come over and see if I was okay. I guess I can lift tomorrow. |
