Re: 80% Diet, 20 percent lifting Day off from training today, but I'm at work for 5 tonight. BLAH!!! I just bought New Rules of lifting the other day. It's one of the best books I've read in a long time. It cuts through the crap of what fitness magazines advertise as being the best workout for body parts.
I'm so hungry today. I've been chomping on cucumbers. I may have to resort to sugar-free gum if things don't get better! I'm still looking for someone to takes pics of me so I can post. No luck yet! |
