One strawberry isn't really that awful in a salad neither is a 1/4 a of banana. However, I'm not in contest prep. I think too many people eliminate carbs. Also, diet comes down to the look you are trying to achieve. If I wanted to be a huge couch potato I eat junk all day. Ultimately, I'm aiming for a bikinia america look which is not too hard, but more toned. I think when changing your eating you need to experiment and see what does and does not work for you. |
