being 16, you probably would not what to get on any serious supplements yet. as for equipment, just find a gym.

Diet- need protein and more protein! Oats, Fish, Fruit, Chicken Breasts, Tuna, Some pastas, Whey protein to make shakes..just look around. you can find some good diets around the net. good luck.
