Re: Test Suspension Well I do have some protein in my diet but I like to eat mostly complex-carbs to fuel my training which seem to give me a sort of ''1 more rep'' or so effect which is always good sometimes I think it contributes more than I actually thought. I train mostly as a hobby and for strength more than the body builder physique and am interested in the sport of powerlifting. I know powerlifting diets are made up of mostly complex-carbs but should I drink protein drinks as regurlarly as BBers or people who train for physique, I know that creatine is a probable necessity and I like to take 2000mg of effervescent vitamin c dissolved in water as an anti-oxidant, especially when on cycle (I'm just finishing a 14 weeker that was originally meant to be 12). |
