Re: Amino Acids I think that liquid aminos are a bit of a con. Whey is a liquid amino drink that just needs to be digested.
I think your money would be better spent on a BCAA supplement prior to WO as this will aid in anti catabolic action and release of catecholimides that help with fat burning.
The only time liquid aminos would be useful is say in a During WO drink. Milos Sarcev seems to advocate this a lot but TBH I've found it non productive relative to cost. ______________________
