hiya guys whats your fave amino supplement.
i have used dymatize liquid amino and it was awesome massive amounts of protein and amino acid per serv.
so what do you think shall i go for a good liquid amino acid or just go for a good glutamine product
anyone know of any cheap websits to get liquid aminos from at the moment im paying around £11-£15 for 16fl oz |
