Starter to lifting, need help :) Hey, Im new to this forum, hence the beginners section ^_^
Anyway down to the point in hand, Im 16 male, living in the UK and need some serious advice about building and health plan, I need to know what equipment to buy to build muscles, and also get fit, with a nice diet...
Equipment - Im not looking to spend a huge amount on gear, only some starter stuff and work up, see how I go (what weight in KG ? Brands ? Sites ?)
Diet - I really have no clue what to eat, like a good eating plan for a day, what to avoid and what to eat more of, to keep a healthy balanced diet... I hear that protein is good for working out, but what in specific.
