its all new hiya , iv been involved with boxing for 22yrs, boxed for 10 and coaching 12 and run my own club.
iv now giv myself a bit of time and started to use the weights-and cardio. eg--
monday - am- 1 hour cardio pm - weights top half body
tues am -1 hour cardio pm legs
weds just cardio
thurs am - boxing/ cardio pm - top half body
fri 40-min jog pm legs
sat/ sun nothing
i was 18 st and 5'8 height
i have lost 17lb in four week
my diet is high protein and low carb
no booze now for 4 week
and want to start body building.
next week i will start to concentrate on body parts.
im takin clen and got upto 8 tabs of stan a day.
am i going the right way about it .
