Biceps - cool if you dont like doing them on back days, dont do them

It was more a note on Friday seemed to be light on the weights front, and I thought if you were doing boxing that day you could shift them to another day.
Heavy Bent Over Rows are a great mass builder, and hits alot of other muscles.
Lol - yes it was cal who got me onto the Close Grip Inclines - and as a result I moved quite quickly from having to do assisted dips, to dipping my own bodyweight to now looking to dip with a weight belt, as well as building my chest up.
