I'd do all back work before the mili presses, and personally I'd do either wide grip chins (if you can do em! I cant so do close grip ones) or heavy rows instead of lat pull downs.
The usual caution about deep squats - careful not to put too much strain on your knees.
I'd be tempted to do Incline Bench and Close Grip Incline Bench instead of flat and incline...
If you moved your biceps to your back day, and your crunches to either your back day or your squats day you could save yourself a bit of time and give you a bit more recovery time.
