i'm sure you already know that your arms aren't ever gunna be symmetrical ( unless you tear the other one ) but training will increase the size of both. i found for a long time after i tore my pec, i was super cautious of further injury to it. almost waiting for it to happen on some sets. so far it hasn't and my strength is back to where it was before. you may find you'll have to adjust your training style though. |
