Well I tend to canabolise mass when i step on the cardio band wagon, my training becomes more intense hence helping the fat burning process. Personally i know a guy who competes and doesnt do a stitch of cardio but eats every hour on the hour, alternating between shakes and solid food albeit clean and low in carbs.
