Day 2 of stackers, took 2 this morning on an empty stomach prior to breakfast and training, was rattling and full of energy, very very good indeed and a great boost in the gym when on low carbs. Im trying to drop 4% fat without doing cardio but really using thermogenics and carb manipulation, it seems to work for me but the key is to keep the metabolism running high and never missing a meal,
