those guys are 3 stone on me and much more ripped...
zaree i have dedicated much of my life to the lifestyle surrounding bodybuilding, its about patience, eating loads and training intensely. Supplements and drugs on top are just the icing on the cake.
I think the arms are runnin just over 18in now.
