Just a little note on using ephedrine. Ephedirne starts to lose effectiveness after a couple of weeks as your body's beta receptors get saturated (ephedrine is a beta agonist). You can counteract this by taking diphenhydramine for a week after a couple of weeks of use. Diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in Nytol. Hope thats helpful. |
