Try using a X-Trainer, but backwards. Do not use arms on lever so you will use hip stability muscles Gluteus Medius. Muscle used while going backwards are: Gluteus maximus, hamstrings, calfs (gastox/soleus). Aim for minimum of 10mins Guy's!!!
