Example Day:
06:00 - 4 Creatine Tabs, 1x Protein Shake (With Oats & Banana)
06:30 - Workout, 2 Bottles Sports Water
08:00 - 16:00 - 'Graze' on the following:
2x Protein Shakes (With Oats and Banana)
3x Wholemeal Sandwhiches (Egg Mayo or Chicken)
150g Rocket, Spinach, Watercress Salad
4 Pints Water
18:00 - 2x Chicken Breasts, Boiled New Potatoes, Carrots
20:00 - Protein Shake
