i think he means just a cable machine not smith, anyway i wouldnt hit my chest 2 times a week if i were you.

if you are doing it monday and friday u cant be hitting it that hard if you are fine to do it again monday from training friday.

i would just do monday and do an incline barbel then flat dumbell and swap it round each week something like that
