Hi all

I have done ECA before about a year ago with some quite good results, my does was 25 - 50mg Eph with 300mg caff and 1 aspirin, this wa staken twice a day.

i have now ordered some more they are 8mg tabs, my wife said she wants to try it as we are going on holiday in 9 weeks, as i am abit larger than my wife what dose should she take.

Your advice and views are welcome.
