This is after a year of working out without any heavy supplesments but whey protein. Now iv got my body onto SIZEON and N.O. Explode and I feel great. I see results but not the ones I want. Im trying to achieve a more muscular frame in due time but with my VERY FAST METABOLISM its hard to target these results.
my diet so far consists of:
morning: a milkshake (added in protein and dextrose) and a peanut butter sandwich with a bananna
afternoon: pizza, chicken parmigiana, or some sort of fast food place (i usually work afternoons so my eating options are limited)
noon: before workout: N.O explode
during workout: SIZEON
nights: a BIG meal with a milkshake (added in protein and dextrose)
If anyone has any good suggestions of heavy workout plans, please inform me. thanx
