Too much protien??!!! People keep telling me that your body can only absorb so much protien and that i am waisting food as i am eating too much.
I disagree!
I eat about 7 - 9 portions (30g-40g) at even spaced intervals of around 2 hours throughout the day.
Approx 2-3 chicken breasts, 3 whey shakes and 4-5 cans of tuna.
I am tryin to cut at the moment and retain muscle mass so the aim is to reduce carbs whilst keeping calorie intake high. |
