My diet has been shite, no question, I just started eating a bit cleaner about 3 weeks ago. I can't be too accurate becuase a lot of the time I work and eat on ships (usualy 6 weeks on / 6 off) then I am at the mercy of the cooks and just try to eat as best I can. I can't take protein with me.

Here is roughly what I eat now.
0800 Wake up drink water and go to gym.
1000 After workout, fruit smoothy made from water, bananna, strawberry or pineapple and protein powder 1 scoop, creatine 1 tspn.
1200 1 cup pasta with tin of tuna and olives
1400 Hard boiled egg and fruit
1800 Veggies with fish or chicken, maybe rice
2100 Fruit smoothy
I know it is not perfect and sometimes I might eat some fried chicken or fried rice, but not often. I drink tons of water and maybe 1 coffee per day.
