This is my first (and Last) PH cycle. I wanted to give it a try before before a more traditional test / dbol cycle later in the year.
Reading what William Llywellyn has to say about M1T, i am not so sure it can be classed as anything other than a steroid.
I will put up with the sides for a while longer though as gains arent usually really noticeable until into week two.
I train along these lines, with atleast 1 rest day between :
Shoulders/Chest
Bench 2x8,2x6 to failure
Inclne dumbbell press, 2x8,2x6 to failure
Shoulder Dumbbell press 2x8 2x6 to fail
Dumbbell Lat flyes 3x10
Dumbbell front fly 3 x10 each side
Upright barbell row 3x10
Dips 2x8
Back/Bi
Lateral Pull downs 3x10, 2x6 to fail
Bent over Barbell row 3x10
Low pulley row 3 x10
Preacher curls 2x8 2x6 to fail
Barbell curls 3x10
Dumbell Curls 2 x 3x10
Legs / tri
Bench Dips 3x10
Lying french curls 3x10
Tri pull downs 3x10
Squats 3x10, 2x6 to failure
Leg press 3 x10
