Carb free? Hello,
I'm trying to figure out a diet for myself. I've had lots of sucess on Atkins but it's quite tedious and expensive!
I need to loose maybe 1.5 stones of flab from my middle, to be skinny. I'm doing cardio 3 times and week and weight training 3 times a week, I don't want to loose endurance and want to keep piling on the muscle.
I've read things like: no carbs for 5 days, then eat them for two, or only eat carbs for breakfast and alike. Whats the sensible way to do it?
I like a deacent breakfast, hot lunch and big dinner and tend to have sausages inbetween to keep the protein and metabolism doing it's thing. But I do have a slow metabolism so it's easy to overeat and the atkins deals with that nicely. |
