newbie routine questions ok this is the scenario i am 6 foot 200lbs i have been working out for the last month or so but have been active all my life anyway i eat high protein and complex carbs with protein shakes thrown in on my workout days <m/w/f> anyway when i work out i do chest,arms,back on all three days and cardio on the off days i have seen results but i was wondering is it ok to do all the exercises 3 days a week or should i just cut it down to 2 days a week? i want to build as much as possible and i am willing and eager to do the work so any suggestions are appreciated!! |
