When to take my sups Hey all,
I've got protein shakes and creatine (also bcaa's but I've not started with them yet) I train mon-wed-fri. When should I take each and how much should i take? I never know how many scoops of protein to put in and on the tub it's like "yeah stick in 6 heaped scoops and take it 58 times a day" possible tryin to get me jus to buy more but if i put loads in i jus get bagged up and then can't workout |
