i understand where you're coming from. never done that sort of thing before, so just kept the same weight as my mate (who's max is 110kg). just put it up on the last set to see if a could do it. which i could.
plus, was taking it a bit slow as i nearly killed myself on squats the day before (leg gave way for some reason and it nearly squashed me - HA!

)
but yeah, will be upping it to a more sufficient weight next time.
